History of Ralfi
Ralfi IFN SA was established in 1997, aiming to offer even from the start flexible, fast and accessible financing solutions to individuals.
In the third quarter of 2006, Ralfi IFN SA, along with two other financial services specialized companies – Motoractive IFN SA (leasing) and Domenia Credit IFN SA – were acquired by GE Money, the financial services division of General Electric.
At the end of 2010, the main shareholder of Ralfi IFN SA became Garanti Turkey, the second largest private bank in Turkey, which holds 100% of the shares. Following this change in shareholding, Ralfi IFN SA was included in Garanti financial group and continues its activity under Garanti Consumer Finance brand.
