Housing Loan
GarantiBank Housing Loans to meet whatever needs you may have are provided on terms of up to 360 months. These high-limit home-equity loans are available in RON or FX.
Features
- Terms of up to 360 months on both RON and FX loans (EUR, USD).
- No maximum amount.
- RON loan may cover up to 85% of the appraised value of the dwelling if the cumulated revenue of loan participants is at least 3,000 RON and up to 80% if the cumulated revenue of loan participants is lower than 3,000 RON. EUR loan may cover up 75% of dwelling value and USD loan up to 60%.
- The dwelling must belong to the applicant or to third parties.
- Home and Life insurance are required for a Housing Loan.
- GarantiBank offers free life insurance.
